| Main Control PLC |
All digital input for the interlocking will be coming to main PLC. The Control output will be generated based on logic for the input. The synchronization control calculation for the line and commands for the un-coiler, Pulling motor. |

| Extruder Temperature Control |
Presently the problem faced with the extruder control is the variance of the temperature reading with the switching of high current motor. The problem is due to the leakage current. The following steps are taken to protect the system from noise |
| |
Isolated Thermocouple probes to be used for the temperature sensing |
| |
The control panel for the extruder is locally set up so that the temperature sensing is exposed to the minimum noise |
| |
This panel will contain only control systems. The VFD for the system would be in the main control panel in the power section. |
| |
For controlling the temperature TCTT module is being used. The module is a Heat Cool PID module from Mitsubishi AnS PLC Plate form. The module is connected to Main PLC through CC-Link network. |
| |
Extruder panel would contain Ampere read out on the front side. |
| |
| Cutter Control |
Cutter related settings are facilitated through 2-Line MMI. The Cutter would have the following features |
| |
3 different Length setting |
| |
Delay On Time for Cutter for individual length |
| |
Production Counter |
| |
On line length change possible |
| |
The length would be calculated from the encoder feed back pulses. When the actual length is equal to the set point then a cutter command is send to the machine. |
